Pastor Jim French But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, (John 1:12 ESV) Dr. Michael Heiser wrote a book called “What Does God Want?” A question probably most of us have asked. More precisely - “What does he want of me?” Simple answer – God wants a family. He wants children. He wants us. For you are all sons [and daughters] of God, through faith in Christ Jesus. (Gal 3:26 ESV) Knowing that as a believer we are a child of God is so important to living a victorious Christian life. We understand our identity in him.
